Pricing
Upload your statements, answer the questions and read your draft numbers first. You pay once, at download, for the months you actually need.
One month of one bank account, turned into a Profit & Loss. $10.47 if you also need a balance sheet — it is a second statement built from the same reading.
- Your first statement-month is free. Real numbers from your own bank statement, before you decide.
- $19.99 is the smallest charge we take, so one or two months cost the same.
- The rate drops as the job grows — and buying fewer months never costs more.
Work out your own total
A statement-month is one month of one bank account. Six months across two accounts is twelve of them, because we read both. Nothing else goes into the price — not the number of files, not how long they are, not whether we had to fall back to reading them as images.

Why the rate drops
Each rate applies only to the months above its step, the way income tax brackets work — not to the whole job. That is why bringing one more month can never make the months you already had cost more.
| Statement-months | Rate for each one |
|---|---|
| The first 12A year on one bank account | $6.98 |
| 13 to 24Into a second year, or a second account | $6.18 |
| Everything past 24The largest jobs | $5.58 |
A balance sheet costs half again as much per statement-month, and steps down at the same points.
What happens if we misread something
A month we could not read is not charged for. A file that turns out to cover months you did not order is refunded and left out of the report, and a second file covering a month you already paid for is not charged twice. The coverage grid shows every one of these before you pay — that is the point of showing it first.
No subscription
There is nothing recurring to cancel. You buy the months you need, and when you need more months later, you buy those.
